When signing up with ClubTelco you will be required to pay for the first month's service upfront. The charge for the service and your payment will both appear on the first invoice that is generated after you make your payment.

ClubTelco require an automatic payment on a customer's first invoice. After the first invoice payment is received customers can select which payment method they prefer for future payments.

Plans are available to ClubTelco members only. Service not available in all areas. The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including, your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum.

A $14 Hardware delivery fee applies.

You must have a landline service in order to receive ClubTelco broadband. The landline service does not have to be with ClubTelco but you'll get a discount if it is with us.

On our Club 10GB ADSL plan the cost of data is $0.003 per MB. For the purposes of calculating included data, 1GB = 1000MB Once you have used your plan data allowance, we will shape your speed as shown above until the start of your next billing cycle. Alternatively you can purchase additional data blocks.

ClubTelco only counts data you download towards your data allowance. If you purchase a modem from us, a delivery fee of $14 applies. Please read our Standard Customer Agreement for general terms relating to our internet service.
The underlying network for service provisions is Telstra.
