You must have an active ClubTelco service to receive account credits. When you click on the email friends link a personalised email will be sent to your friends. In order for you both to receive a $25 account credit, your friend will need to call us and quote your customer number (so make sure you double check that you have entered it correctly!). In the event that your friend is referred by more than 1 existing ClubTelco customer, the account credit will be allocated to the customer number quoted at the time your friend signs up.
