Important Information - Terms & Conditions

When signing up with ClubTelco you will be required to pay for the first month's service upfront. The charge for the service and your payment will both appear on the first invoice that is generated after you make your payment.

ClubTelco require an automatic payment on a customer's first invoice. After the first invoice payment is received customers can select which payment method they prefer for future payments.

A $14 Hardware delivery fee applies.

Once you have used your monthly data allowance, we will restrict your service until the start of your next billing cycle.

The ClubTelco Wireless Service is subject to network limitations and availability. The 3G broadband network covers selected metropolitan areas of capital cities and some larger regional centres. 3G capable devices are required.

Your mobile broadband SIM will be automatically activated 7 days after dispatch. If you would like us to activate your mobile broadband service sooner, just call us on 13 TELCO (13 8352). Charging for your mobile broadband service will commence from the date of activation.

Your ClubTelco mobile broadband data allowance includes both uploads and downloads. Any unused monthly data allowance does not carry over to your next billing period.
