The maximum port speed provided by NBN Co for the service is Bronze: 12Mbps/1Mbps, Silver: 25Mbps/5Mbps, Gold: 50Mbps/20Mbps, Platinum: 100Mbps/40Mbps. These speeds are the NBN port speed and not the actual Internet data speed which will vary based on numerous factors including destination you are reaching, your network equipment, network congestion etc.

When signing up with ClubTelco you will be required to pay for the first month's service upfront. The charge for the service and your payment will both appear on the first invoice that is generated after you make your payment.

ClubTelco require an automatic payment on a customer's first invoice. After the first invoice payment is received customers can select which payment method they prefer for future payments.

ClubTelco NBN plans are subject to our Standard form of Agreement and NBN End User Agreement.

When you apply for ClubTelco NBN Broadband, you should be aware that you are entering an agreement with ClubTelco.
When you sign up for a service you agree to the ClubTelco Standard Form of Agreement and ClubTelco NBN Service Schedule. These are ClubTelco's standard terms and conditions for the ClubTelco Broadband service. The NBN represents a new generation of broadband infrastructure, and there are some unique terms and conditions associated with these services, some of which we have highlighted below:
  • NBN co is currently providing Wholesale Services to ClubTelco on an interim basis. You accept that:
    • ClubTelco may cease or suspend providing NBN based services in the event that its wholesale supplier ceases or suspends wholesale supply of the services. In the unlikely event this occurs ClubTelco will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption;
    • It is expected that the services will continue to be provided after the interim period, however some terms and conditions may change. If you do not agree to such changes you will be permitted to terminate your contract without an early termination fee.
  • You must obtain the consent of the property owner to have the NBN installation performed. If you are not the property owner, you will need to obtain the property owner's written consent (dated and signed), and be able to provide that to ClubTelco upon request.
  • NBN services are not currently available in multiple dwelling units (MDUs). ClubTelco will be providing NBN services to locations within MDUs when this facility is available from NBN co.
  • The installation will be performed during business hours, and you will need to be home to provide access for the installation technicians.
  • The cabling that is required in your premises beyond the optical network termination device is your cost and responsibility, as is the provision of a suitable 240V AC power outlet.

The underlying network for service provisions is National Broadband Network.

If, in the future, you wish to transfer your VoIP service to another provider, you may not be able to take the number with you. VoIP plans are available for residential customers and residential use only. There is a maximum of 2 VoIP services per customer. If we detect non-residential or unusual use of your service, we reserve the right to terminate the service. VoIP calls with per minute charging are charged in 1 minute increments.

Customers must have an NBN Service with ClubTelco to access these Voice over NBN Plans.
