When you enter your phone number into our service checker you'll be able to see what zone you are in. Our zones are:
Local - this is our Home Zone and refers to areas where we have installed our own network equipment. In these areas, our costs are lower than elsewhere and providing we are able to connect you, we pass those cost savings on to you so you can take advantage of our best prices.
Metro - this means we provide your service using Telstra's network and Telstra have categorised your line as being in Zone 1. Telstra charge us less for Zone 1 services than for other services and so we are able to provide you with service at a lower price.
Regional - this means we provide your service using Telstra's network and Telstra have categorised your line as being in Zone 2 or Zone 3. Telstra charge us more for these zones than they do for Zone 1, so unfortunately we can't provide service at the same low rate as Metro. If you compare our prices though, you'll see that our rates in Regional areas are still very competitive, and don't forget there is no set up fee and all of our contracts are month to month.
